OpenTruth analyzes public political discourse videos to extract and verify factual claims. We process:

We do NOT collect end-user data (no accounts, no tracking, no profiling cookies).

• •Speaker data: name, function, political role (public figures only)
• •Claims: extracted assertions with type classification and validity scores
• •Sources: URLs and excerpts from public web sources
• •Entities: organizations, locations, events mentioned

3. Legal Basis

Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), Art. 31 — legitimate interest (fact-checking of public discourse by public figures).

4. Automated Decisions (Art. 21 nDSG)

OpenTruth uses AI (NLI models, LLM agents) to automatically evaluate claims. Any person affected by a verdict may request human review by contacting contact@opentruth.ch. We respond within 30 days.
